Reference Project
Highgate House Grass Valley is an assisted living project for seniors located next to Sierra College. This project provides quality living to seniors in a natural surrounding. The project includes an Alzheimer patient unit. We provided entitlement services and designed all of the site plan infrastructure and drainage.
