Maier Manufacturing is an internationally recognized manufacturer of after market motorcycle parts. They are among many such businesses located in the Whispering Pine Business Park in Grass Valley, California. We did the land use planning, the entitlement, assessment district formation, infrastructure design, bid processing, contract administration, and construction staking.
