This traffic roundabout was the first in Western Nevada County, serving Sierra College and the Litton Business Park. The Litton Business Park is located in Grass Valley and is rapidly developing to meet the current needs of light industrial, medical, and specialty occupants. We did the land use planning, entitlement, infrastructure design, final map and survey, construction staking, and contract administration.
